prof.dr. A.J.M. de Jong (Ton)

Ton de Jong holds a chair in Instructional Technology at the University of Twente, the Netherlands. He specializes in inquiry learning and collaborative learning (mainly in science domains) supported by technology. He was coordinator of several EU projects and several national projects including the ZAP project in which interactive games/simulations for psychology were developed. ZAPs commercial licences now go over 80.000 in number. He was coordinator of the 7th framework Go-Lab project on learning with online laboratories in science and currently is coordinator of its H2020 follow-up project Next-Lab (see www.golabz.eu). He published over 200 journal articles and book chapters, was associate editor for the Journal of Engineering Education and for Instructional Science and currently is on the editorial board of eight journals. He has published papers in Science on inquiry learning with computer simulations (2006), design environments (2013), and virtual laboratories (2013). prof. Jan M. Pawlowski

Jan M. Pawlowski is Professor for Business Information Systems at the Ruhr West University of Applied Sciences since 2014. After his Dissertation (Dr. rer. pol.) and Habilitation (Business Information Systems) at the University of Duisburg-Essen, he was professor for Global Information Systems at the University of Jyväskylä in Finland. He was founder of an enterprise for quality management and certification (Delzert) and chaired a private research institute for Knowledge Management and E-Learning in Seoul, Korea. He has been active as consultant for organizational change and transformation, currently focusing on Digital Transformation. He is active in commissions and organizations such as the German Scientific Commission on Business Information Systems (WKWI), IEEE, AIS and CEN. He focuses on teaching and research in Business Information Systems, in particular from a global perspective such as managing globally distributed business processes and designing support systems for global collaborations.

prof. Volodymyr Bakhrushyn

Doctor of Sciences in Physics and Mathematics, Professor, Member of the Scientific and Methodological Council, MESU (Higher Education Sector); Professor of the Department of the System Analysis and Calculative Mathematics, Zaporizhzhia National Technical University, HERE Chair 2019-2020.

Since 2016, he has been the member of Higher Education Department of the Scientific-Methodological Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (Order No.136 of the Ministry of Education and Science dated February 19, 2016. He was the Advisor of the Minister of Education and Science as a public service in 2016-2019. Since 2019 he has been Assistant Consultant of the Head of Higher Education Sub-Committee of the Verkhovna Rada Education, Science and Innovations Committee.

He is a known specialist in the sphere of education policy, in 2015-2019 he was the Chief Expert of “Education and Science” group of the Reanimation Package of Reforms, Expert of Education Policy portal.

He is the author of 3 monographs, 8 handbooks, 10 inventions, over 150 articles in the leading scientific journals. He was awarded with a certificate of honour of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (2020), with award pin “For educational and scientific achievements” of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (2019), with award pin “For scientific achievements” of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (2007), with Honorary Certificate of Zaporizhzhia Regional Council (2020), Excellent Worker of Education of Ukraine (2017), he is Yaroslav Mudryi AS HE Award Holder (2014).

V.Ye.Bakhrushyn conducts active scientific-organizational work as a member of the editorial staff of a range of scientific journals, head and member of programme and organizational committees and external guest speaker at international and Ukrainian national scientific conferences.
